Our "Little" Payment and Cancellation Policies               Like our packages...our payment and cancellation policies are very simple.                                   Payments   In order to be fair to the number of couples who would like to book their event with us and in order to accommodate as many as possible, we have had to institute these policies:     If you are booking your ceremony within 60 days prior to the event date, payment is due IN FULL within 24 hours of booking.  You may pay with a credit card by using the Pay Us page on our website.  When payment is made, we will confirm with an email.  If payment is not made within 24 hours of confirming that a date is available, the date will be released for re-booking.  Reservations are on a first come, first served basis.   If your event date is further away than 60 days out from the booking date, a deposit of 1/2 of the package you choose is due within 24 hours of booking.   You may pay with a credit card by using our Pay Us page. If Payment is not made within 24 hours of confirming that a date is available, the date will be released for re-booking.  Reservations are on  first come-first served basis.   All balances are due no less than 60 days before your event date.  We will send you a reminder that the balance is due.  Just click on the Pay Us page on our website, pay the balance of your package and we will confirm the payment by e-mail.  If the balance is not paid on time, we will release the date and all prior payments made to Commitments To Go! Key West will be forfeited to Commitments To Go! Key West with no refunds.    Visa and MasterCard are gladly accepted.                                                 Cancellations        If you cancel more than 60 days from your event date we will refund your payment.  If you cancel 60 days or less from your event date, your payment is non-refundable.      In the event of a major documented emergency or a mandatory evacuation due to a hurricane, etc., we will refund your payment or give you the option of rescheduling your event. Your choice.                   IF IT'S RAINING...or looks a lot like rain at your scheduled time, we reserve the right to re-schedule your ceremony to a time that makes more sense.  We will absolutely work with you and your schedule to accomodate you in the best way possible.  It's important to understand that we cannot get the photographic equipment wet.   IT IS IMPERATIVE THAT YOU TURN ON YOUR CELL PHONES, AND HAVE AT LEAST ONE WITH YOU...AT ALL TIMES.  If you have any question about the weather at the time of your wedding, please call us.  Our phones are turned on at 6 a.m. every morning.  TOLL FREE: (877) 933-8646.                          **** PLEASE NOTE**** Just one last thing...and we hate to be like this, but....due to some unpleasant experiences, if we feel that you or anyone in your party is under the influence of alcohol or mind or mood altering substances we will not perform your ceremony or take photographs.  You will not be entitled to a refund and any payments that you've made to Weddings To Go! Key West will be forfeited.  We take your commitment seriously and we hope you will, too.
